Postage Fees
The fee for postage to anywhere in the UK is £2.50 for the first item, and £1.00 for each additional item. All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class post, and normally arrive within 1-2 working days.
For Europe, the fee is £3.50 for the first item, and £2.00 for each additional item. For the USA and Canada, and anywhere else in the world, the fee is £5.00 for the first item, and £2.00 for each additional item. International orders are sent via Airmail, and normally arrive within 3-5 working days.
Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days. Important. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment". This would help us greatly on any claim that may arise.
Unwanted Goods (Non customised items)
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will be returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received.
If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.
We will not however accept back goods that have been used.
